How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Cancel" or "Modify". For custom orders, cancellation is allowed only before the design draft is approved.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can also track it anytime from the "My Orders" section in your account or by using the Track Order page with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit cards, debit cards, net banking, EMI options, wallets, Buy Now Pay Later (Simpl, LazyPay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). International customers can pay via PayPal.

Is Cash on Delivery available in my area?

COD is available in most pin codes across India. Enter your pin code on the product page or at checkout to check availability. A nominal COD fee of Rs 40 may apply. COD is not available for orders above Rs 5,000 or for international shipments.

Yes, no-cost EMI is available on select credit cards for orders above Rs 1,500. You can choose 3-month or 6-month EMI plans at checkout. The EMI option is powered by Razorpay and supports most major banks.

Fill out the Custom Order form with your requirements — product type, size, material, personalization details, and reference images. Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and shares a design draft with a price estimate. Once you approve, production begins and takes 5-10 business days depending on complexity.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom products?

There is no minimum order quantity for personal custom orders — you can order even a single piece. For bulk or corporate orders (B2B), we offer special pricing starting from 10 units. Contact our B2B team for a quote.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 499. For orders below Rs 499, a flat shipping fee of Rs 49 is charged. COD orders have an additional handling fee of Rs 40. Express delivery is available at an extra cost in select cities.

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) usually receive orders in 3-5 days. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available in select pin codes. Custom orders take an additional 5-10 days for production.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-customized products in unused, original condition with packaging intact. Custom and personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked. You can reach us via WhatsApp, email, or the Help Center.

How do loyalty points work?

Accepted Answer

You earn 1 loyalty point for every Rs 10 spent. Points can be redeemed at checkout — 100 points equal Rs 10 off. You also earn bonus points for reviews, referrals, and during special promotions. Points expire 12 months after earning.
